Our origin

Deep volcanic soil, naturally rich in minerals

Our orchards grow in centuries-old volcanic ash and basalt. This loose, potassium-rich soil drains naturally, supporting creamy flesh, a high oil content and strong shelf-life performance.

Altitude adds another advantage. Cool nights and warm days allow the fruit to develop slowly, building a rich, distinctive flavor.
